In today's world, we find ourselves increasingly disconnected from nature.

With technology and modern living, we often lead hectic lives, which leave little time to immerse ourselves in nature.

Reconnecting with nature is vital in creating a more sustainable future. Nature is a source of inspiration and learning, and it's essential to understand the significance of our interaction with it. In this blog, we will explore the importance of reconnecting with nature, focusing on redesigning our lifestyles and adopting a circular economy approach. We will delve into the topic of circular economy and how nature can provide a blueprint for a sustainable economic system by exploring how regenerative systems mimic nature.

This blog will allow you to incorporate nature into your daily life while promoting sustainable living practices.

Mindfulness and Mandalas

Being young is hard; we tend to think being old is difficult, but the transition to becoming an independent well-rounded human being starts when we take ownership of our actions, learn from our mistakes and understand and accept ourselves. And that ignites when we are teenagers, and all of a sudden, those years walking that perfect pavement road that our parents and guardians build for us, it starts to get foreign and challenging, to say the least.

This program worked with preteens and teens on how to be mindful and present at the moment, learn to navigate the challenges of teenage years, the value of the journey we call life, and simple techniques to mitigate stress, anxiety and unhappiness. The workshop practice mindfulness through reflection, breathing meditation and drawing mandalas, learning to be still, relaxed and present.
